Stokes Lawrence was again recognized by Law360 as one of the best firms in the nation for female attorneys.

The Puget Sound Business Journal has again ranked Stokes Lawrence as one of Washington's Best Workplaces. This marks the sixth year the firm has been recognized on this list, which ranks the top 95 businesses in Washington state.

The Puget Sound Business Journal recognized Stokes Lawrence as one of the area's largest law firms. The list is tallied by the number of attorneys based in the Puget Sound area. In addition to being ranked as one of Puget Sound's largest law firms, the firm's transactional and litigation practices were also noted for being among the largest in the area.

Twenty-three Stokes Lawrence attorneys have been named to the 2021 Best Lawyers in America and the Ones to Watch lists. The annual guide recognizes excellence in the legal profession. To be listed, attorneys must be nominated by their peers. Best Lawyers also announced its inaugural Ones to Watch list, which recognizes attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence.

A Stokes Lawrence Velikanje Moore & Shore team, led by Sarah Wixson, successfully assisted in convincing the court that coronavirus-related housing rules for farmworkers should be upheld.
