Litigation Paralegal - Seattle

We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join a dynamic team of litigators in our Seattle office. This is a full-time, hybrid position. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Substantive knowledge of legal terminology and court rules and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficiency in using document review software
  • Strong research, writing and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Collaborative work style with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with drafting and review of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Communicate with clients, advisors, opposing counsel, and other involved parties
  • Manage the collection, production, and review of high-volume discovery
  • Conduct legal and factual research
  • Summarize depositions, trial transcripts, and other legal documents
  • Provide onsite support at trials and hearings
  • Prepare exhibits and trial notebooks
  • Track and manage multiple deadlines
  • Organize case files and maintain client records
  • Coordinate filings in all levels of federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000. Compensation will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
