Johanna Coolbaugh’s practice focuses on estate planning, business succession planning, and the administration of trusts and estates. She assists clients with estate and gift tax planning and reporting, including creating family limited liability companies, multi-generational trusts, and charitable trusts. Johanna also provides advice to beneficiaries as well as individual and professional fiduciaries regarding complex trust and estate settlement and litigation, including the resolution of Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA) matters.

Johanna is actively involved in the legal community, having served in leadership and volunteer roles with the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and Seattle Estate Planning Council.
