With more than 25 years of experience as a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, Mark Bailey has successfully represented clients in a variety of contexts. He represents businesses and their officers, directors and owners in complex commercial and corporate disputes. Mark also represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries and creditors in trust and estate litigation, including will contests, fiduciary disputes, and probate-related claims. Mark’s clients also include creditors in litigation for defaulted loans, leases and other contracts, and in bankruptcy and receivership proceedings.

Mark’s clients trust his legal expertise and knowledge to come up with practical strategies and solutions to difficult disputes. With a deep understanding of the law and a commitment to each client's unique needs, Mark has built a reputation for not only navigating complex legal landscapes but also for thinking outside the box to craft tailored strategies. Mark authored and for years has updated and edited the Bankruptcy Practice Chapter of the Washington Lawyer’s Practice Manual, published by the King County Bar Association.
