Marcia Fujimoto is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning & Trusts team. With more than 40 years of experience, she advises individuals and families on wealth transfer, succession planning, estate administration, probate, trusts, and related tax matters. Marcia especially enjoys helping to design and implement creative and strategic plans to carry out a decedent’s intentions, while minimizing both estate and income tax for the decedent’s family.

A frequent speaker and author on estate planning and administration, Marcia has held leadership roles in shaping Washington State trust and estate law. She chaired the Washington State Bar Association’s (WSBA) task force on the Washington Uniform Estate Tax Apportionment Act of 2005 and served on the WSBA task force for the Washington Principal and Income Act of 2002.
