Areas of Practice
Chandler represents clients in complex civil litigation cases and all aspects of trust and estate litigation, including mediation, trials, arbitration, and appeals. She regularly represents beneficiaries, executors, trustees, and other interested parties in disputes arising under the Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (“TEDRA”).
While at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Chandler worked at the Estate Planning and Probate Clinic of Oklahoma Indian Legal Services, where she helped low-income tribal clients. She provided guidance to clients in understanding federal and tribal Indian law so that they could prevent further fractionation of family land.
