Areas of Practice
As a general litigation associate, McKenzi leverages her strong writing skills and exceptional work ethic to deliver favorable results for her clients. McKenzi provides counsel and advice in many areas of civil litigation, including complex commercial disputes, trust and estate litigation, tort cases, employment matters, and contract law.
Utilizing her broad experience, McKenzi approaches all aspects of complex litigation — from pre-suit investigation to trial — with a deep commitment to her client’s objectives and goals, while striving to minimize the financial, and often emotional, toll of litigation.
An accomplished student, McKenzi graduated in the top ten percent of her class at Seattle University School of Law, where she received numerous scholarships, earned CALI Awards in Legal Writing for achieving the highest grades, was a Teaching Assistant to the Director of the Legal Writing program, served as a 2019 Calhoun Family Fellow, and was an Executive Editor for the Seattle University Law Review.
Before attending law school, McKenzi worked as an elementary school teacher for Teach for America in San Antonio, Texas.
